FAQ

Are grip socks required?

Yes - members may bring their own, or we will have some for purchase in the studio for purchase.

What is the cancellation policy for group classes and appointments?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled class or no show, you will be charged a $15 late fee.

*Since we are a boutique style studio with only 6 reformers, we appreciate you helping us keep it

fair to the community.

Do I have to purchase a drop in or membership prior to registering for a class?

Yes. This can be done under "Memberships".

Late to class policy

We understand things happen. We have a 5 minute grace period after class begins for you to show up late. If you believe you will be more than 5 minutes late, we ask you refrain from attending.

What are the contract terms for the memberships?

All of our contracts are based on a month to month membership and set up on auto-renew.

What if I want to cancel my month to month membership/auto-renew?

We require a 30 day notice to cancel. You may enjoy your membership through the end of the next billing cycle. Email cancel notices to admin@pilatessocialbryant.com

I purchased a membership but decided I don’t want it anymore. Can I get a refund?

You may request a refund on any appointment, drop in or membership within 48 hours of purchase as long as none of the class credits have been used.

Does my founder's discounted rate ever expire, and I have to start paying the regular price?

No, unless you cancel your membership, and come back at a later date - You're locked in 4L.

Can I share my membership with a friend or family member?

I'm new to Pilates, do I need experience prior to booking class?

No, we welcome all levels, including beginners! We just ask you please arrive 5 minutes prior to class starting so we can introduce you to the reformer! It will be difficult to show you the reformer if class has already started, and we want you to feel comfortable and confident during class!

Can I bring my kid(s)?

Please use this time to focus on yourself and leave the kiddos at home. We don't currently offer child care, or have a safe space for children to be during class. If this ever changes, we will be sure to let you know!

Can I record myself?

We have a no recording policy. Verbal agreement from others prior to class does not constitute approval to record during class. You are welcomed and encouraged to take pictures or record a video before or after class as long as others are not in your picture or video and the instructor is not teaching. Violation of this policy will result in being banned from the studio.

Can I use my reformer membership in the mat studio?

Yes, you may use your reformer credits interchangeably.

I purchased a mat package. Can I use my credits in the reformer studio?

No, your mat package credits are only good for mat classes.

When does the mat studio fall harvest season begin and end?

October 20th, 2025 through November 30th, 2025. This is a 6 week series.

If I purchase a mat package and didn't use all my credits, and now the season is over. Can I get a refund or transfer them to the reformer studio?

No. Unused credits are a loss.

I purchased a mat package but need to return it. Can I get a refund?

You may receive a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, and as long as no credits have been used.

Do I have to bring my own mat to the mat studio?

You are encouraged to bring your own mat or mat towel, but in the event that you don't - we will provide you with one.

I am an unlimited member of the reformer studio. Can I attend multiple classes in a day?

You may attend 1 class per day within your membership. Additional reformer classes on the same day are $12 per class.

Is there height or weight restriction?

There is not a weight or height restriction in the mat studio. In the reformer studio, our current reformer (Balanced Body Allegro 1) can hold up to 350 lbs, and accommodate up to 6'3 comfortably in height.
