Are grip socks required?
Yes - members may bring their own, or we will have some for purchase in the studio for $15.50 + fees.

What is the cancellation policy for group classes and appointments?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled class, you will be charged a $15 late fee.
*Since we are a boutique style studio with only 6 reformers, we appreciate you helping us keep it
fair to the community.

What happens if I no-show?
Loss of class credit

Do I have to purchase a drop in or membership prior to registering for a class?
Yes. This can be done under "Memberships"

What are the contract terms for the memberships?
All of our contracts are based on a month to month membership and set up on auto-renew.

What if I want to cancel my month to month membership/auto-renew?
We simply ask for a written 30 day notice to cancel. You may enjoy your membership through the end of the last billing cycle. Email cancel notices to admin@pilatessocialbryant.com

I purchased a membership but decided I don’t want it anymore. Can I get a refund?
You may request a refund on any appointment, drop in or membership within 48 hours of purchase as long as none of the class credits have been used.

Does my founder's discounted rate ever expire, and I have to start paying the regular price?
No, unless you cancel your membership, and come back at a later date - You're locked in 4L.
