Classes and appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the start time.

  • Unlimited Members: Late cancellations will incur a $15 fee charged to the card on file.

  • 4x, 8x, Package Holders & Drop-Ins: Late cancellations will result in the loss of that class credit.

All cancellations must be made online. Phone calls and voicemails will not be accepted.

Purchase Policy

Purchases must be made with credit or debit card. Pilates Social does not keep cash on premises.

Refund Policy

No refunds. All classes, memberships, credits, merch and grip socks are final.

Late to Class Policy

We understand that things happen that may cause you to be late to class. However, if you anticipate being more than 5 minutes late, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending. This policy is in place out of respect for our instructors, the flow of class and other participants. After the 5 minute mark, our doors will be locked, and you will be considered a no-show.

Memberships

No contracts. Your membership is on auto-renew until you provide a 30 day notice to cancel by email to admin@pilatessocialbryant.com. Once a 30 day notice is given, you may enjoy your membership through the end of the next billing cycle.

Waitlist â€‹

If classes are full you may add yourself to the waitlist. If you get in, you will be notified by email and text. Late cancellation policy still applies to those waitlisted in the event you get into the class and need to cancel.

Membership Freeze

You may choose to freeze your membership. You may freeze 2 times in one calendar year. Freezes occur in 1 month increments. You may not cancel your membership during a freeze. There will be a $50 fee for the freeze month.

Multiple Classes in One Day

Should an unlimited member choose to take more than one class in the same day, there will be a $15 fee.

Grip Socks Policy

Grip socks are required. Members may bring their own, or purchase some in studio.

New Members

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class starting so we can introduce you to the reformer and purchase grip socks if necessary. It will be difficult to show you the reformer if class is already in session. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Can I Record Myself Policy

We have a no recording policy. Verbal agreement from others prior to class does not constitute approval to record during class. You are welcomed and encouraged to take pictures or record a video before or after class as long as others are not in your picture or video and the instructor is not teaching.

Mat Studio

You are encouraged to bring your own mat, but one will be provided if needed. Mat towels are required - you may bring your own or purchase one in the studio. Our mat studio offers a variation of mat pilates, mat sculpt and personal training 1 on 1 sessions and is in the garage space of our facility. We do not have central heat and air in this space, so the temperature may fluctuate. Expect to sweat and stay hydrated in the warmer months.

Using Credits Interchangeable

If you are a reformer member with an Unlimited, 8x or 4x membership - you may use your credits interchangeably. Mat and Reformer packages may not be used interchangeably.

Height / Weight Restrictions

There is not a weight or height restriction in the mat studio. In the reformer studio, our current reformer (Balanced Body Allegro 1) can hold up to 350 lbs, and accommodate up to 6'3 comfortably in height.

No Kids Policy

We don't currently offer child care, or have a safe space for children to be during class. If this ever changes, we will let you know. â€‹â€‹
