Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of group classes, or appointments must be made within 24 hours otherwise a $15 late cancel fee will be charged to the debit or credit card on file.
Purchase Policy
​Purchases must be made with credit or debit card. Pilates Social does not keep cash on premises.
Refund Policy
Group memberships, drop in fees, and private classes may be returned for a full refund if the request is made with 48 hours of purchase, and no class credits have been used. Grip socks are non-refundable. Promotional sales and discounted items will be refunded only for the value they were purchased at.
Late to Class Policy
We understand that things happen that may cause you to be late to class. However, if you anticipate being more than 5 minutes late, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending. This policy is in place out of respect for our instructors, the flow of class and other participants. After the 5 minute mark, our doors will be locked, and you will be considered a no-show.
