Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of group classes, or appointments must be made within 24 hours otherwise a $15 late cancel fee will be applied to your account.

No shows will result in a loss of class credit.

Purchase Policy

Purchases must be made with credit or debit card. Pilates Social does not keep cash on premises.

Refund Policy

Group memberships, drop in fees, and private classes may be returned for a full refund if the request is made with 48 hours of purchase, and no class credits have been used. Grip socks are non-refundable. Promotional sales and discounted items will be refunded only for the value they were purchased at.
