FAQ

Q: Are grip socks required?

A: Yes - members may bring their own, or we will have some for purchase in the studio for $15.50 + fees.

Q: What is the cancellation policy for group classes and appointments?

A: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your

scheduled class, you will be charged a $15 late fee.

*Since we are a boutique style studio with only 6 reformers, we appreciate you helping us keep it

fair to the community.

 

Q: What happens if I no-show?

A: Loss of class credit

Q: Do I have to purchase a drop in or membership prior to registering for a class? 

A: Yes. This can be done under "Memberships"

Q: What are the contract terms for the memberships?

A: All of our contracts are based on a month to month membership and set up on

auto-renew.

 

Q: What if I want to cancel my month to month membership/auto-renew?

A: We simply ask for a written 30 day notice to cancel. You may enjoy your

membership through the end of the last billing cycle. Email cancel notices to

admin@pilatessocialbryant.com

Q: I purchased a membership but decided I don’t want it anymore. Can I get a refund?

A: You may request a refund on any appointment, drop in or membership within 48

hours of purchase as long as none of the class credits have been used.

 

Q: I initially came in under a founders discounted rate. I decided to cancel my

membership, but now I want to come back - can I have the same rate I had before?

A: No

Q: Does my founder's discounted rate ever expire, and I have to start paying the regular

price?

A: No, unless you cancel your membership, and come back at a later date

Q: Can I share my membership with a friend or family member

A: No
